Here's how it works... pretty simple really.
We honestly feel that we can beat the price of any competitor. If you give us a chance, and we cannot do it, you will get handed a $100 bill.
In order for us to play fairly, we have to set some rules:
1. This does not apply to used previously owned items. (Estate Diamonds, Estate Jewelry, or anything that is determined to be second hand will not qualify fot the $100 Price Match Guarantee.
2. This does not apply to watches.
3. We must be comparing to "apples to apples," therefore we must be able to get the required information on the item you are asking us to price match. (For example, we will ask for the report, the price, and any other pertinant information.)
4. If we cannot beat the price, you can get your $100 by simply proving you purchased the other product. Make an appointment to bring the item to The Diamond Family with your proof of purchase.
